All the rules so divine.
With icons so defined.
Yet I feel so differently.
Like I'm bound, caged,
I'm far away in time.
And the world may go on
To build walls, agreed upon.
You may like what you see
Yet I need to break away, be free.
No place for me, no place to be
My love - to live and die - my love,
How come I feel it's not good enough?
And perhaps the day may come
Where we all will feel as one.
No more need to feel differently
Like a fire we'll be racing

To the top the sun will rise
Blinding those within disguise
